What happens on your SenseStack install day
A walkthrough of the pilot install day — how long it takes, who's on site, and what you'll see running by the time we leave.
During the Founding Access Pilot, SenseStack's founder personally installs every site in the Republic of Ireland. This means one visit, one point of contact, and a live dashboard before we leave.
Before the day
- You'll receive a short install readiness checklist by email — power sockets nearby, Wi-Fi credentials, contact for the day.
- Sign the pilot terms and sender NDA (both are two-minute web forms).
- We confirm the arrival window 48 hours before.
On the day (2–4 hours typical)
- Non-invasive mounting — no drilling into cabin walls or ripping panels. Devices sit near, not inside, the space.
- Base unit connects to your Wi-Fi (or 4G fallback) and comes online in the dashboard within minutes.
- Each asset is registered, calibrated against your target band, and named to match your ops (e.g. "Cabin 2", "Plunge — Studio").
- We walk your duty manager through the dashboard and the six operational states.
- You receive a welcome email with login, dashboard tour link, and support number.
After the day
- Monday morning readiness summary lands in your inbox every week.
- Any Attention or Offline event during trading hours pings you in near real-time.
- Founder is your direct support contact for the duration of the pilot — no ticket queues.
By the time we leave your site, your team is looking at their own dashboard, in your language, with your target bands. No 'we'll configure it next week'.
