How to Sign Up for SenseStack
A step-by-step guide to creating your operator account, accessing your dashboard, and reserving a pilot slot for your facility.
SenseStack is currently available through a hand-managed Founding Access Pilot in the Republic of Ireland. This guide explains how to create an account, log in, and reserve your pilot slot.
Step 1: Log in or sign up
Click the Log in link in the site navigation or footer. This takes you to the SenseStack app where you can sign up for a new account or log in to an existing one.
- New users: select Sign Up and create your account with your work email and a password.
- Existing users: enter your email and password to access your dashboard.
- If you have forgotten your password, contact support@sensestack.ie and we will reset it manually during pilot operations.
Step 2: Book a pilot
If you want SenseStack installed at your facility, you must complete the Book a pilot form on the homepage first. This is how we track demand, plan site visits, and allocate install slots. Signing up for an account alone does not reserve a pilot slot.
- Go to the homepage and scroll to the Book a pilot section.
- Fill in your facility name, contact details, and site information.
- Submit the form. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
There is no credit card required at signup. Pilot pricing is €120 setup and €30 per month per location, cancellable anytime during the pilot period.
Step 3: What happens after you apply
- Call from the founder — Mike will personally call you to confirm your pilot slot and walk through next steps.
- Site readiness — a short call to confirm Wi-Fi, power and asset placement.
- Install day — Mike installs the devices in person and validates every reading on site.
- Dashboard goes live — same day as install, with all devices reporting.
Who can apply
- Commercial sauna, plunge or wellness facility operators in the Republic of Ireland.
- Single-site cabins, multi-room spas, gyms, hotels and boutique wellness studios.
- You do not need technical expertise — installation is non-invasive and done in person.
