Plunge monitoring

Cold plunge monitoring for commercial operators

SenseStack monitors commercial cold plunges and ice baths continuously — water temperature against your target band, chiller behaviour, filtration and usage — so staff know the plunge is in range before a guest steps in, and you hold the record to prove it.

    What continuous monitoring gives you

    Water temperature in band

Continuous water temperature against your configured target band — typically 4–8 °C — with clear in-range and out-of-range signalling.

    Chilling and recovery states

Plunges report Chilling, Ready, Recovering or Attention, so staff never guess whether the tub has pulled back down after heavy use.

A record you can stand behind

Timestamped temperature history and session activity, ready for insurers, environmental health and incident reviews.

    Chiller and energy insight

Spot a chiller that is working harder than it should, and understand the real cost of holding temperature all day.

    Common questions

What temperature should a commercial cold plunge be?

Most commercial plunges hold 4–8 °C. SenseStack lets you set the target band per plunge and reports whether the water is inside it right now, rather than at the last manual check.

Does it replace manual water testing?

No. SenseStack monitors temperature and operational conditions continuously; chemical testing and your existing water hygiene routine still apply. Manual checks can be logged alongside the telemetry.

Will it work with any chiller?

Yes. Monitoring is non-invasive and sits alongside the chiller rather than controlling it, so it works regardless of manufacturer.

Can I monitor a sauna and plunge together?

Yes — sauna cabins and plunges appear side by side in one operator dashboard, with a single readiness view per location.
