Understanding Target Bands
How target temperature and humidity bands are defined per device type, and why they matter.
A target band is the range a device should sit inside while Ready. Bands are tighter than safety limits — they describe the operational sweet spot, not the hardware envelope.
Default bands

| Sauna | 78–92°C | ±2°C before Out of Range |
| Plunge | 4–8°C | ±0.5°C before Out of Range |
| Wellness room | 20–24°C | ±1°C before alert |
Bands can be customised per location. The State Engine reads the active profile and applies it to every reading.
